At SeoulSeoul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
